Planewalkers: Beyond the Veil
A DM-Friendly NWN Campaign Module by Arawen set in the Planescape Setting of Sigil.
Simon, a young boy with mysterious powers, struggles to survive against a backdrop of civil war, a vanished good goddess, and the rise of a dark triumvirate in his world of Castellar.
Will Sigil, city of doors and crossroads of the multiverse, be a haven where answers may be found? Or does its proximity to the "powers" of the planes endanger Simon further?
In Sigil, each of you has taken an interest in protecting Simon. Soon the search for clues about Simon's situation will draw you into mystery involving murder and resurrection that may pierce the eternal veil itself.
The Planewalkers Campaign combines a traditional fantasy setting, the world of Castellar, a vast declining Empire on the verge of civil war, and the AD&D Planescape setting. Within the story, characters from Castellar will discover the existence, power and features of the planes of existence beyond the Earth—and how they affect the destiny of the Castellar Empire.
The Planewalkers Campaign emphasizes roleplay and creative play in the style of pen and paper D&D. A DM is required. The style is freeform with no scripted NPC conversations. This module includes an extensive DM Guide as well as DM tools designed to make play flexible and dynamic.
Two versions of this DM-Friendly module are currently in beta testing for eventual public release at NWVault: a 6 to 8 hour campaign game and a 4 hour one shot game.
Beyond the Veil is part of the Planewalkers Campaign series that includes The Soul Gem, Dreamland and Embers of the Past.

The one shot and mini-campaign versions are ready for play. A third version sets the Planewalkers story within the Castellar setting, creating an extended storyline interwoven with Castellar Chronicles.
