The Hythum Campaign is a multiplayer, DMed NWN campaign that takes place in Enoa4's original fantasy world of Hythum.

This campaign emphasizes roleplay, character-centered story-telling, and creativity in the style of pen and paper D&D. The game style is open-ended with no scripted NPC conversations. Expect a game where characters can propose to do virtually anything and logical consequences will follow.

Portions of the campaign are freeform and non-linear, while others follow a more directed path. Game sessions will range from roleplay-oriented to serious strategic action, all with active DM involvement. Playing in character as a team is expected. If you are interested in playing in Hythum, please keep in mind the following:

1. Hythum is an on-going, regular campaign group. Missing more than 3 out of 4 monthly sessions will result in being dropped from the campaign. In addition, prompt notification of DMs is expected when a player can or cannot play.

2. This is roleplay campaign and one in character roleplay forum post per week will be expected outside of game time.

3. Players' computers should meet recommended HotU specifications, 1.1 ghz CPU, 512MB of RAM and a 64MB video card.

You are servants of Eyvinder, the most skilled diviner in Hythum, a world of islands and floating land masses suspended in air. The centennial alignment of Hythum's three moons approaches and celebrations are underway across the known lands. Eyvinder's upcoming divination is most eagerly anticipated.

Arawen's version of Enoa4's Hythum 1 campaign is broken into smaller chapters for ease of multiplayer hosting. Her version is designed to require a DM. Arawen's Hythum 1-Chapter 1 contains alternate starting city quests, a DM guide, and additional tools designed to make gameplay more flexible and dynamic for DMs. Her alternate chapter one will be released after she has a chance to DM it for a group of players.
